The disc "Au Bordel" is an ovni. It is not of jazz, either french
songs, or caf ' conc ', it is a curiosity. Idea was to find the atmosphere of
a Brothel (?) of the 30's . All the persons who participated in it went out
of the adventure very touched, something really happened.
After four days of dumping, we were a bit disappointed : it was already finished,
stayed only recollections, and hours of recordings to listen, to choose the
best version. As after a shooting film. (Ohhh, it is lyric). The result is what
we thought, it is a beautiful disc, of which we are very proud. If it means
something, press has approved by a large majority the object, and all over the
world, because the producer has a very good press service.
One finds some of the singers of this disc in Poesie B. Great, another disc,
let us visit that.
The producer Stephan Winter always refused that I put any extract on my site,
even for the song My Man, where I sing and play the piano, alone, it irritates
me... On the other hand, Winter&Winter's discs are very well distributed,
in France by Harmonia Mundi, and all over the world, and on the Web. You have
only to buy it, what you will not regret, I hope.
